Resolving video sound and subtitle issues

Some users may experience issues with no sound or subtitles that cannot be turned off in the videos. This is often linked to having a personal Vimeo account.

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Click the sound icon on the bottom-right of the video player.

2. Toggle the sound off and on again.

3. If this doesn't resolve the issue, log in to your Vimeo account separately.

4. Make sure sound is turned on in your Vimeo settings.

5. Ensure that Closed Captions (CC) or transcriptions are switched off.
